Quiche is always a favorite here, and you can pretty much create your own AND clean out the fridge to boot. All you need is a pie crust like you get in the freezer section in the supermarket and add ingredients. A fav here is chopped up ham, swiss and cheddar chez, about three to four eggs, about half cup milk, and chopped green peppers. Mix it all up, put it in the pie crust, back at about 350 for whatever time it takes not to jiggle in the middle, about half hour to forty five minutes. Your family will think you are a genius. You can serve with soup or salad, like the fancy restaurants do that charge a pretty penny.
Good one Juliette! My husband loves Quiche too.
Honestly,
If I tried to serve my husband Quiche he would freak out!  He doesn't even know what that is! LOL  I am a very good cook but I had to DUMB down my cooking to meet his limited pallet.  He has only a few things he will eat and I blame this on my MIL and her lack of cooking skills!  Or perhaps her lack of effort!
my hubby would be confused on how and dinner could be made up of anything else other than meat and potatos
